Fidelia, M. Tilley-Gyado, a civil servant, is currently an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer at the Police Service Commission (PSC) where she has served for the last eleven years in various capacities and responsibilities, including presently as the Team Lead in the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) unit].
Fidelia is the founder of the Benue Woman Initiative (BWI), established in 2013 to support and to empower young girls across Benue State in North Central Nigeria, especially at Senior Secondary School level to realize their academic and other aspirations through mentoring by older and accomplished female professionals, scholarships and vocational skills acquisition for business and non-formal and self-employment.
Fidelia Tilley-Gyado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Abuja, Nigeria and a Master of Science degree in Development Studies at the London South Bank University in the United Kingdom. She is presently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Security and Strategic Studies at the Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nigeria.
