Nella Andem-Ewa is the Special Adviser on Policy and Communications to the Senator representing Cross River South Senatorial District and a Partner at Lexglobal Partners, LP. She believes that sound formal and informal education systems, political awareness and socio-economic independence could create the critical mass that drives Nigeria’s change. 

Nella Andem-Ewa is a cross-sectional policy and legal professional, with vast experience in various fields including; Communications Officer at a non-governmental organisation and an Associate at a top-tier Nigerian litigation and commercial law firm. She is an active member of Rotary International and Deputy Director (South-South) of the Electoral College of Nigeria. Nella holds an LLB (Honours) Law from the University of Edinburgh, UK and has been called to the Nigerian Bar.
